Thechemist.nz has the right to refuse the sale of any product or service or medicine where we deem appropriate.
Every effort will be made to supply you with your order, however, we do not accept liability should we decline an order or fail to supply due to unforseen circumstances.
Thechemist.nz guarantees the protection of your credit card information. You will not be held liable if unauthorised charges are made to your account through no fault of your own as a direct result of shopping at Thechemist.nz.
By placing an order through Thechemist.nz’s website you agree to receive newsletters promoting products and services from Thechemist.nz . Should you not wish to continue to receive these newsletters you can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link the end of the newsletter.
Thechemist.nz may ask you for suitable ID if they deem the order to be at risk of fraud or if it is a high $ value. Please do not be offended by this request.
